Our UK Share Incentive Plan is your chance to buy SSP shares from your monthly salary.

You’ll get a free share for every two you buy.  So for every £10 you put in, you’ll get £15 worth of shares. And because the money comes from your pre-tax pay, you’ll save tax too.

Here's how it works:

  • You choose how much to put in each month, from £10 to £150 (£9.24 to £138.46 if you’re paid every four weeks).

  • Your contribution comes from your pre-tax salary, saving you tax and National Insurance.

  • For every two shares you buy, we’ll give you another one – free.

  • You can change your monthly amount, pause and restart, or cancel at any time.

  • You’ll need to hold the shares you buy for three years to keep the free shares, and for five years to keep the tax benefits.

  • See your shares in an online account with Computershare, our share plan administrator.
